1. Introduction
Thank you for using Grevo digital business cards. We strive to provide high‑quality services that help you connect and network easily. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once access to the Grevo platform, subscriptions, or digital assets has been provided. Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, and we generally do not offer refunds after purchase.
3. Subscription‑Based Refunds
If you purchase a subscription (monthly, annual, or any recurring plan), you may be eligible for a refund under these conditions:
- Cancellation Requests: You must request cancellation within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
- First‑Time Purchases Only: Refunds are limited to first‑time subscriptions — not renewals.
- Pro‑Rata Refunds: If approved, refunds may be issued on a pro‑rata basis for unused subscription time, at Grevo’s discretion.

4. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Add‑ons, upgrades, or one‑time features purchased after sign‑up
- Credits, gift cards, or promotional fees
- Fees for custom designs, integrations, or consulting services
- Renewed or automatically renewed subscriptions

- State the reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or information
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Approval and Processing
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider (typically 5–14 business days).
